This summer’s most unique wine and dining experience – an international Michelin-starred gathering in Ronda, Spain, where gastronomy, wine, and history come together for an unforgettable evening.

For the very first time, the Michelin-starred restaurants 28+ from Gothenburg and Bardal from Ronda unite. Their chefs will collaborate to create a specially curated gourmet menu – crafted exclusively for these two nights, July 18 & 19, 2025. A menu that has never been served before – and will never be repeated.

The evening begins with an exclusive tour and wine tasting at the beautifully located Descalzos Viejos winery, overlooking Ronda’s spectacular cliff landscape. Owner and Ronda personality Flavio Salesi will personally guide guests through the estate’s rich history and exquisite wines.

A short private transfer will then take guests to Bardal, where the Michelin-starred chefs – from the cold North and warm Spain, each with their own culinary traditions – will meet in the kitchen for the very first time. The result: a world-class gastronomic journey, reserved for a maximum of 25 guests per evening, created with absolute freedom, curiosity, and a deep respect for the finest ingredients.

This exceptional experience also celebrates the 40th anniversary of Restaurant 28+ – Sweden’s longest-standing Michelin-starred restaurant, first awarded its star in 1991.
The event is presented together with Hola Andalusia as part of an exclusive Pop-Up initiative in the heart of Andalusia.

Exclusive Michelin Encounter in Ronda – A Culinary Alliance Beyond the Ordinary as Two Gastronomic Giants Unite.

Two unforgettable evenings await as Gothenburg’s esteemed 28+ and Ronda’s two-Michelin-starred Bardal join forces in a unique collaboration – an exclusive guest appearance in Ronda where flavor, creativity, and passion take center stage.

For these two magical nights, a specially curated menu will be crafted where Nordic elegance meets Andalusian intensity – signed by the star chefs behind two of Europe’s most celebrated kitchens.

Throughout history, the Iberian Peninsula has been invaded by many civilizations, leaving a profound mark on its culinary heritage. Phoenicians, Celts, Greeks, Romans, Visigoths, and Moors have all contributed to a melting pot of exceptional ingredients – from grapes, olives, spices, meat, and fish to fruits and vegetables, including rice, sugarcane, almonds, aubergines, citrus fruits, and exotic varieties that thrive only in Andalusia.

When two culinary worlds meet, something truly unique is born. Benito Gómez, the two-Michelin-starred master chef from Bardal in Ronda, and Viktor Norén from Gothenburg’s iconic 28+, holder of one Michelin star, unite their visions in a creative collaboration. Together, they craft an exclusive menu where Andalusian flavors and Nordic finesse intertwine – a journey of taste that celebrates both tradition and innovation. With deep respect for ingredients and a shared passion for craftsmanship, they invite guests to an evening where every dish tells a story, and every flavor stirs emotion.
